This year marks City HR's** 20th conference**, a milestone moment to celebrate the profession, our community, and the journey we've taken together. We turn to the issues shaping HR's agenda today: productivity in financial services, evolving HR models, and the enduring truths about talent and confidence in the workplace. Our shadow board will help us reflect on two decades of the community's growth, and, hot off the press, our 10th benchmarking exercise gives delegates a chance to take stock of where they stand against their peers.

But this is also a pivotal moment for the function itself.
